Symptoms of Heart Attack:

Shortness of breath.

Feeling light – headed or faint.
Breaking into cold sweat.
Becoming pale.
Symptoms of Stroke:
Sudden weakness or numbness of the face, arm, leg or most often on one side of the body.
Confusion, difficulty speaking and understanding speech.
Difficulty seeing with one eye or both eyes.
Difficulty walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination.
Severe headache with no known cause.
Fainting or unconsciousness.
